CAA Conference Schedule App

I designed an interactive mobile app to help attendees navigate Day 2 of the CAA Conference in a clear and accessible way. The process began with exploratory sketches, focusing on hierarchy, layout, typography, and how users engage with dense scheduling information.

These initial concepts informed a series of digital iterations, resulting in a structured grid system that organizes time along the X-axis and room information along the Y-axis. The app enables users to browse the program, filter sessions by meeting type, and save events to create a personalized schedule, supporting efficient navigation across overlapping sessions.

The final design emphasizes clarity, usability, and accessibility, translating a complex conference schedule into an intuitive and user-centered digital experience. Overall, this experience is user-friendly and easily navigable.
